The end of the year always feels like a great moment to pause and reflect. While it hasn’t been an easy year for the environment, there are still bright moments worth celebrating — including how much progress we’ve made for San Francisco Bay!

With the support of our donors, volunteers, advocates, community partners, pollution tipsters, and Bay enthusiasts of every kind, we’ve defended people and wildlife around the Bay with our trademark strength and resolve.
Supporters like you are the reason Baykeeper’s small but mighty team continues to fight the good fight and make an outsize impact.
This report shows that your steadfast support truly matters. Our progress is possible because thousands of people like you believe that the Bay can be vibrant and that communities throughout the Bay Area can thrive.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re ready to dig into new investigations, bring big legal cases against polluters, and deepen our partnerships with grassroots community groups. And you know we’ll continue standing firm against the Trump Administration’s attacks on our local environment.
