Groups Demand Action Now as Seas Rise

The sea is already rising, nibbling at vulnerable East Bay communities....  Local environmental and community groups are pushing back strongly against city governments and developers who continue advocating for building on threatened land, and the state and federal agencies that, in their view, do far too little to protect threatened communities.
