Environmental group San Francisco Baykeeper plans to sue the City of San Jose for violating the Clean Water Act by not controlling its trash and sewage. The watchdog group points to a series of sewage spills and trash that flow into local rivers and creeks, which has led to bacteria and other pollutants in the water. The non-profit San Francisco Baykeeper said the city has not done enough to fix the issue."Notably, cleaning up trash hot spots along those creeks," said Ian Wren, San Francisco Baykeeper.
