Wheeler to Calif.: Clean up San Francisco sewers

EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler took another jab at California today... Ian Wren, of the nonprofit San Francisco Baykeeper, noted that the city [San Francisco] is the only one in the Golden State that treats stormwater at all. "If the Trump administration is truly concerned about human waste on the streets making its way into waterways", Wren said, "San Francisco is one of the few cities equipped to handle it."
