Video of King Tides in the Bay

The Baykeeper boat braved the elements to take a trip on the Bay today, giving local officials and reporters a view of King Tides in the Bay. The high tide today was almost a foot higher than usual, providing a preview of the potential impacts of sea level rise in the Bay. (Read more about King Tides in the Bay.) Check out the dramatic footage of swells cresting sidewalks along San Francisco Embarcadero and high water levels around the Port of Oakland and the Bay Bridge.
